The Collective

About Us

Our Collective Approach

Our philosophy at The Collective stems from the importance of creating relationships with clients and then utilizing some of the most effective psychotherapy and holistic models available to clients today. It’s our believe that we cannot help you achieve mental wellness without looking at you in your totality.  We prescribe some functional medicine practices and have referral and lab test options for those interested in incorporating a whole-being approach to psychosomatic healing.

We specialize in somatic psychotherapy—an approach that recognizes the powerful connection between the mind and body in the healing process. Using modalities like Brainspotting and biofeedback, we help clients access and process unresolved trauma stored in the nervous system. These evidence-informed techniques are designed to reduce distressing symptoms commonly associated with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges. By working with the body’s natural healing mechanisms, our clients experience lasting relief, improved emotional regulation, and greater resilience.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a psychotherapy that is based on the principle that the way we view a situation has less to do with the situation and more to do with our reaction to the situation itself. A key factor in CBT is helping clients change their unhealthy behavior by identifying their unhealthy beliefs from conclusions they have made from past experiences.

By combining body-based work that targets the physiological imprint of trauma with cognitive approaches that address how we interpret and respond to life experiences, we help clients achieve a more complete and sustainable healing process—one that honors both the mind and the body.

RAYSHA CLARK

LPC, BCN, NEUROTHERAPIST Therapist, Advocate, Army Combat Veteran, Mother, Divorcee, Survivor

Raysha Clark is the founder and director of The Collective, a holistic private counseling practice geared towards bringing clients healing using a variety of treatment approaches. As a business owner, divorcee, single mother, and Army combat veteran, Raysha has been around the block a few times and then some but it’s because of her scenic route in life and God’s grace that she’s able to make a genuine impact on those she encounters. Raysha has graduate degrees from both the University of Arkansas and Liberty University. She is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Arkansas and is certified in neurofeedback and Brainspotting. Raysha currently works within the community as an advocate for those with disabilities. She has the privilege of serving on the board of directors for Disability Rights Arkansas and the Down Syndrome Advancement Coalition. Psychotherapy, coaching, and consulting fill a large part of her day but she regularly enjoys quiet moments with the kiddos and bourbon served neat.

I am trained in and use various techniques from the following evidenced-based psychotherapy treatment modalities:

I am licensed by the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling, #P2012127

I am board certified in neurofeedback by the BCIA and offer consulting for new practitioners

I am certified in Brainspotting and have trained in several specialty trainings surrounding attachment and developmental trauma. I offer consultation for brainspotting clinicians looking to become certified in the modality.
