Recognize How It Shows Up in Your Daily Life: Learn to spot the patterns of codependency and how they manifest in your thoughts, actions, and choices.
Uncover the Root Causes of Codependency: Explore where your codependent tendencies originated and begin the process of healing.
Format: Online; Thursdays at 7pm CST In-Person; Tuesdays a 6pm CST
